This site grows from what people ask for. If the tool you need is missing, if a format will not open, or if something plainly does not work, this is the place to say so.

Concrete beats general: the file types you work with, roughly how large they are, and what you are trying to get done. Asking for HEIC support says far more than asking for more formats.

An email address is optional and used only to reply. Leave it blank and the message stays anonymous — nothing else about you is recorded, and nothing about any file you have processed is sent.
