Terms of use
Last updated
By using Toolkitbar you accept these terms. They are short because the service is simple: free tools that run in your browser, with no account and no files held by us.
The service
Toolkitbar provides tools that convert and edit video and images inside your web browser. They are free, require no account, and impose no file size limit of their own — the practical limit is your device's memory.
Because the processing happens on your device, the quality and speed of a result depend on your hardware and browser. We do not guarantee that any particular file will convert successfully; some formats and codecs are outside what a browser can decode, and this is stated on the relevant pages.
Your files and your responsibility
You keep every right in the files you process; we acquire none, because we never receive them.
You are responsible for having the right to use the files you process. Do not use these tools on material you are not permitted to copy or modify, and do not use them to produce content that is unlawful.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that a result will be fit for any particular purpose.
Keep your original files. Processing produces a new file and never modifies the original, but you should not rely on this service as the only copy of anything you care about.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent its limits, or use automated means to place load on it beyond ordinary personal use. Do not use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Tools may be added or removed as browser capabilities change.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows when they last were. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
